Tips and Variations for the Best Chickpea Salad

Here are some tips I’ve learned over the years to make the best, most flavorful Mediterranean Chickpea Salad.

  • Let it Marinate. To allow all of the ingredients to soak up the flavor from the dressing, let it marinate for at least 30-60 minutes (or overnight).
  • Use Fresh Ingredients. Stick to fresh herbs and vegetables, not dried or canned for the best flavor and to reap all of the health benefits.
  • Make it Vegan. Swap out the feta cheese for a crumbled dairy free cheese to keep this salad vegan.

I have everything ready to go. What size are those jars?

  2. Ok do you let it marinate and then put it in the jars? Or just put the dressing in the bottom? I’m so confused. Can’t wait to try it tho. Imma getting those jars.
