These Chocolate Almond Butter Cups are a decadent treat that’s sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings… without the guilt! In fact, not only are they absolutely delicious, but they’re also gluten free, dairy free, low carb, sugar free, and keto-friendly.

If you’re looking for a healthy twist on Reese’s peanut butter cups, this is it. I like to have a batch of these in my freezer at all times for when those chocolate cravings hit. And, they stay fresh in the freezer for up to a month, so they’re great for meal prepping or for those times when you want a healthy dessert.

Chocolate Almond Butter Cups (Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free)

These Chocolate Almond Butter Cups are a great healthy treat to curb your chocolate cravings without the guilt.


  • 1/4 C. Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)

  • 1/2 C. Creamy Almond Butter

  • 2-3 Tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 2-3 Tbsp Low Carb Sweetener (see my recommendations below)

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Pinch of Sea Salt


  • Add coconut oil and almond butter to a saucepan over low-medium heat.  Stir until consistency is smooth.  Then, remove saucepan from heat.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to saucepan and stir until fully combined.
  • Pour mixture into molds or muffin liners and freeze until firm.  Keep frozen until ready to serve.
