And, because it’s full of healthy fats, fiber, and protein, it’ll keep you energized and full all morning long.
The berries, lemon juice, collagen protein, and cucumber all contain nutritional factors that are specifically great for healthy skin, hair, and nails.

This smoothie recipe is gluten free, paleo, and Whole30 friendly.
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Ripe Avocado
4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1/4 C. Frozen Berries (any variety)
1 Scoop Collagen Protein Powder (or your favorite protein)
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
Water or Unsweetened Almond Milk, to taste
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour in a drinking cup and enjoy!
