And, because it’s full of healthy fats, fiber, and protein, it’ll keep you energized and full all morning long.

This smoothie recipe is gluten free, paleo, and Whole30 friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado

  • 4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves

  • 1/2 Cucumber

  • 1/4 C. Frozen Berries (any variety)

  • 1 Scoop Collagen Protein Powder (or your favorite protein)

  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter

  • Juice from 1/2 a Lemon

  • Water or Unsweetened Almond Milk, to taste

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour in a drinking cup and enjoy!
