It only takes a few minutes to whip up and it’s full of fiber and healthy fats, so it’ll keep you full for hours without spiking blood sugar.
This Keto dessert recipe is one of my favorites, especially when I’m craving something chocolate-y. And, feel free to get creative with the toppings. Today, I added hemp seeds, raspberries, and cacao nibs.
