To all my chocolate lovers, today’s blog post is for you! I’m sharing this super rich and creamy Chocolate Avocado Pudding. And, yes, it’s sugar free, low carb, and Keto-friendly.
It only takes a few minutes to whip up and it’s full of fiber and healthy fats, so it’ll keep you full for hours without spiking blood sugar.
This Keto dessert recipe is one of my favorites, especially when I’m craving something chocolate-y. And, feel free to get creative with the toppings. Today, I added hemp seeds, raspberries, and cacao nibs.

Creamy Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding | Healthy Dessert RecipeCourse: DessertDifficulty: Easy
This chocolate pudding recipe is low carb and keto friendly.
2 Medium Avocados (very ripe)
4-5 Tbsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder
4-5 Tbsp Low Carb Granulated Sweetener (i.e. Monk Fruit, Birch Xylitol, etc.) You can also use a regular granulated sweetener if you’re not Keto (i.e. coconut sugar)
2-3 Tbsp High Quality Protein Powder (I use collagen peptides)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Then, remove the avocado from the skin. Add avocados to a mixing bowl and mash with a fork until most clumps are gone.
- Add cacao powder, sweetener, protein powder, vanilla, and sea salt to bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined. At this point, taste the mixture to see if you want to add more sweetener or cacao powder.
- To get the mixture extra smooth like pudding, use an immersion blender to blend until it reaches your desired texture.
- Transfer pudding to a storage bowl with a lid and place in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, stir the mixture, add your favorite healthy toppings and ENJOY!
