Delicious Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe (also 100% Paleo!)

Hey Y’all!  Today, I’m sharing my delicious Paleo Banana Bread recipe.  

If you’re a lover of all things bread, but you’re trying to eat clean and avoid the grains, then this one is a must-try for you!

The texture is perfect.  The flavor is just the right amount of sweet.  And, it’s moist because nobody likes dried-out banana bread 😉

This gluten free banana bread recipe is the perfect healthy dessert or snack. It’s also grain free, paleo, and dairy free.

Ingredients

  • Wet Ingredients
  • 3 Bananas, very ripe

  • 2 Eggs

  • 3 Tbsp Raw Honey

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil (melted) or Avocado Oil

  • Dry Ingredients
  • 2 C. Almond Flour

  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder

  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the bananas and mash with a fork until there are little to no lumps. Add all remaining wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients and whisk until fully combined.
  • Pour the bowl of wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and whisk until fully combined and there are little to no lumps.
  • Grease or line a loaf pan. Pour the bread mixture evenly into the pan. Add banana slices & chopped nuts or seeds on top (optional). Bake bread for 45-55 minutes or until the center is set.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing and serving. ENJOY!
