Delicious Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe (also 100% Paleo!)

Hey Y’all!  Today, I’m sharing my delicious Paleo Banana Bread recipe.  

If you’re a lover of all things bread, but you’re trying to eat clean and avoid the grains, then this one is a must-try for you!

The texture is perfect.  The flavor is just the right amount of sweet.  And, it’s moist because nobody likes dried-out banana bread 😉

Gluten Free Paleo Banana Bread

This gluten free banana bread recipe is the perfect healthy dessert or snack. It’s also grain free, paleo, and dairy free.

Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas, very ripe
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil (melted) or Avocado Oil

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 C. Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the bananas and mash with a fork until there are little to no lumps. Add all remaining wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients and whisk until fully combined.
  • Pour the bowl of wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and whisk until fully combined and there are little to no lumps.
  • Grease or line a loaf pan. Pour the bread mixture evenly into the pan. Add banana slices and chopped nuts or seeds on top (optional). Bake bread for 45-55 minutes or until the center is set.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing and serving. ENJOY!

    One of my favorite recipes. Just the right amount of sweetness. My mom loves it as well and she is quite picky. Ha!
