Ultimate Green Energy Breakfast Smoothie

Hey sweet friends! I recently shared 3 Healthy Green Breakfast Smoothies for Energy over on my YouTube channel (video below), and y’all always seem to love my smoothies recipes, so I wanted to create the recipe cards for you on my blog.

My Ultimate Green Energy Breakfast Smoothie is particularly great for both energy and mental clarity. I add two “secret” ingredients to this smoothie to really up your brain power and stamina!

Those two secret ingredients are grass-fed Beef Liver and Beef Brain. All I do is pop open 1 capsule each and put it into my smoothie (as seen in recipe video).

Ultimate Green Energy Breakfast Smoothie

This breakfast smoothie is gluten free, paleo, and Whole30 friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado

  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax or Chia Seeds (ground seeds are easier to digest)

  • 1/2-1 tsp Matcha Powder (contains natural caffeine for energy)

  • 1 Scoop Collagen Protein Powder (or your favorite protein powder!)

  • 2 Handfuls Spinach

  • 1 Opened Capsule Beef Brain (for major brain power, mental clarity, and focus)

  • 1 Opened Capsule Beef Liver (for full spectrum of nutrients & for energy)

  • Water or Unsweetened Almond Milk, to taste

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add to a drinking cup and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you’re prepping this smoothie the day before, I suggest add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to preserve the nutrients.
